How do I get started with a mobile offering and what to consider when setting it up?

If you don't already have a fixed idea for your mobile app, you can usually follow our clear checklist, which is already in use:

From design to announcement in less than an hour!

The checklist comprises a few points that you can easily work through starting from the top. Depending on your skills, the four points can be easily implemented in a few minutes to an hour, even by inexperienced users.

If you already have limited time here, we will of course be happy to do this for you separately? Simply contact us for information via our live chat at the bottom right.

2. 🎨 Design - store logo, icon, color scheme, etc

In order for the app to be associated with your company or private project, it needs a visual touch. Here we make it easy for you due to the variety of possible solutions and reduce the necessary information to a healthy minimum.

The relevant visual details can be completed quickly in the "Design" tab.

3. 🍱 Presentation - "What do we do", opening hours, etc.

Before your app receives important added value, the basic information should be stored. Use modules that have already been created, such as "What do we do?", opening hours, contacts, etc. These should be filled with information about your company or project. You will learn how to use the administration and individual modules easily and intuitively.

Don't worry, the information stored does not have to be complete. You can add, change or remove further information and modules at any time. All changes are immediately distributed to all your users' devices. Even if they are using your app at that very moment.

4. 📣 Communication - news, store, vouchers, chat, etc.

To ensure that your app is used by your users for as long as possible, you need a few building blocks that ensure this depending on the direction. Here it depends on whether you have a company or are implementing this as an association or privately for a group. First and foremost, news always plays a role. You can use the module of the same name for this and provide it with the latest news.

As a company, for example, sales tools such as a mobile store, loyalty cards or vouchers are very important for customer loyalty. A chat can also be used to stay in constant contact with customers and receive important feedback.

Tip: The form module can be used to digitally record processes such as reservations or project inquiries that were previously carried out by phone or manually without interruption. This saves you valuable time and allows your customers to contact your business even at unusual times of day.

Tip II: In general, relevant information in your area is always worth its weight in gold. After publication, Google will visit you more often and ensure that remote users also find you by searching for your topics.

Associations or private projects can also use the building blocks in a similar way, but focus on other things. Here, for example, more information, which may even be staggered with the help of submenus, provides greater added value.

Thanks to the integrated social network, a lot of information in the app can be commented on and liked or disliked by users. This creates communication on all sides.

5. 🏆 Announcement - distribute to first fans & customers

As soon as your first offer is ready, you should involve the first users in advance. This could be good customers, team members or simply people who will give you initial feedback.

You can find out how easy this is in the "Publish" tab at the top. Below that, you can find out what the app address is all about and how your app will end up on your users' smartphones, tablets, PCs or Macs.

Leave the automatically activated comment function switched on so that feedback can be sent directly within the app.

You do not have to officially publish the app to distribute it, but you should come up with a concise, short name as the app address. You can define this in the "Settings" tab.

During the test phase, it is important that you also use the news function and publish articles on a trial basis so that users receive the push notifications. At the same time, you can see how often the app is downloaded or restarted at any time in the "Live report" tab at the top right.

6. ❤️ Feedback - collect positive feedback and have fun

While you are collecting feedback, which you can take one to two weeks to do, you can also implement the findings directly via the app administration. When it comes to content or simple feedback about missing functions, you can simply integrate them live in no time at all.

With every major step of changes, it's great if a new news article is pushed. This can briefly and concisely present the changes.

If you and your test group come across any errors or have any further requests, it will help us if you let us know directly via the live chat at the bottom right. Often, our customer support team may already have an idea of how to implement it after all or will pass it on directly to our product development team.

And what happens next...

By reaching this step, you have already achieved a great deal. You have created a mobile offering, filled it with content relevant to you and your users, learned how to use the administration and gained your first loyal users.

Now it's time to publish the app on a large scale and spread the word about your app via Google, Facebook and email. You can find out how to do this in the "Publish" tab or directly in the administration overview.

Good luck and keep us up to date. ✌️
