Gone are the days of lost loyalty cards and double-used coupons....


A loyalty card that’s meant to be redeemed at just the right moment but then gets lost is more than just annoying. In the case of an electronic card—one stored on a cell phone—this is truly absurd, given modern technology.

If you have previously used our loyalty card module and offered it to your users, you may be familiar with this situation.

From now on, you don’t need to worry about this, as we’ve integrated a solution that syncs stamps and balances outside the user’s device, ensuring seamless protection.

It doesn’t matter whether the user updates their device, resets it, or adds a second device. The stamps earned are now safe from such situations.

Since synchronization takes place across multiple devices, it is also possible, for example, to share the loyalty card within a family.

How this works is quickly explained. You don’t need to adjust or change any settings for this. To illustrate, let’s take the app from Hair Design Diana in Herrieden, Bavaria:

Here, you open the loyalty card menu item and immediately see the message shown above. If you use this module in your app as well, all users will also see this message. This applies even to users who already have some stamps on their card.

Tapping on the message takes you directly to the sign-up and registration screen, where a user account can be created simply by entering an email address.

After successful sign-in, the loyalty card is secured for the first time and kept up to date from then on. No further manual sign-in is necessary.
