How do I link to menu items from individual content pages or news articles or push notifications?
For example, if you want to link directly from individual content pages or even news articles to specific menu items and modules within your app—allowing your users to jump there quickly—all you need is the unique address of the menu item.
You can find this in the admin area directly in the browser’s address bar.
- To do this, go to the desired menu item and copy the highlighted section after the “#” symbol to your clipboard.
- Now go back to your news article or custom content page and tap “Edit” to open the editing screen.
- Next, tap the chain icon to insert a link. To do this, use a "/" followed by the unique address of the module from your clipboard.
- When you’re done, the link will appear as a blue button, which you can optionally rename or customize visually.
If you move the relevant menu item in the future, you won’t need to update the link, since this is a unique and unchanging label.
