Contact / Directions - Quick Contact, Including Navigation
Description:
To ensure that customers and prospects can quickly get in touch with you, providing information and contact options in the right places is essential for a successful mobile app.
This module summarizes the most common options and presents them clearly. In addition to the address, you can also include a phone number that can be dialed directly from the app. A feedback form is also available, allowing users to send short messages.
The stored address is geolocated in the background, and a map view is then displayed within the module. Depending on the app package selected, an interactive map can also be accessed. This allows your app users to explore their surroundings right within the app. Using the map view, a local navigation app can also be launched with a single tap.
Usage:
Contact Address – Enter the current address of the respective main office or branch. Simply enter the company name, street + number, and ZIP code + city, each on a separate line.
Phone Number for Dialing and Direct Calls—If your company wants to offer users the option to dial a phone number directly from your app, enter an appropriate phone number here. You will not incur any charges when users dial this number. Both landline and cell phone numbers can be entered.
Note! Be sure to use the correct formatting. Characters such as "-" and "/" must be omitted. For international use of the app, the prefix "0049" must be added before the number when dialing from Germany. Otherwise, the area code "0" followed by the phone number is sufficient.
Email Address(es) for Feedback and Messages - A feedback and contact form integrated into the app allows you to send messages directly from the app. No additional email program is required, and visitors to your app do not need to leave it. This direct messaging feature makes it easier for potential customers to contact you. You shouldn’t skip this feature. You can also enter multiple recipient addresses, separated by spaces.
Recommendation:
If any fields are left blank, the corresponding feature will not appear within the app. For example, if no phone number is provided, the “Call Directly” feature will not appear in the app. The same applies to all other fields.
