Release assistant for app publication in Google Play and Apple AppStore

Description:

To avoid delays in the upcoming review process or the potential subsequent suspension of the app’s listing in the stores, you must adhere to certain guidelines for all information provided. For more information on this, see, for example, Google Play—Store Listing and Advertising

App Title – The app’s title in the app stores. This is separate from the app’s name.

A Concise Description—A brief description that summarizes your app and its value. You should write more than one sentence here and avoid using mere bullet points. Likewise, simply listing keywords is not recommended, since your app’s ranking in the app stores is now primarily determined by the app’s content, and the description is intended solely to convince potential users to download it.

Your app icon—In addition to the standard low-resolution icon, a larger version is required for publication. Avoid simply enlarging the existing icon, as this can result in blurriness and negatively impact download rates. It’s also advisable to avoid black borders in the images caused by incorrect proportions.

Listing in the Apple App Store—To ensure visibility in the iOS Apple App Store, you must enable the toggle switch. This requires a fully activated Apple developer account. Enter your Apple ID and the corresponding password in the fields below.

Listing on Google Play—Decide to what extent you also want your app to be visible on Google Play. This ensures your app can be found in the official store on Android smartphones and tablets. Activation requires a developer account, for which you must grant us authorization. For more details, see the help article there.

Procedure:

After entering all the necessary information, you can click “Submit app for publication in the stores” to submit your app for the next step.

We’ll then send you an email notification regarding all further steps.

The typical wait time until final publication in all stores is approximately 1 to 3 weeks. However, due to restrictive guidelines, you should expect this wait time as well as some follow-up questions or requests for additional documentation from the store operators.
