Why don't I receive push notifications on iOS about my app published in the AppStore?

This may be because a certificate required for this has expired in your Apple Developer account. These certificates are typically valid for about one year.

Apple usually sends you an email about this 30 days before expiration. If we’re able to detect this on our own, we’ll notify you via a clearly visible message in the top-left corner of the admin panel.

If this is the case, please contact us briefly via our live chat in the bottom-right corner. Please use the keyword “iOS Push Certificate Expired” when doing so.
