Your app’s live report – your success at a glance

Having an app is essential for a modern business these days. Being in control of every area is just as important. With your app’s live report, you have that control. We have made success measurable for you.

The statistics show you how often the app was used over the past 45 days and how many customers downloaded it. You can also see where your customers come from and how often your app has been downloaded in total since it was created.

How to read the charts:

Your app’s success – live and in colour

The blue line tells you how often the app was used on that day.

The red line shows how many customers looked at the preview of the app.

The orange line shows the number of new downloads of the app on each day, in other words how many new app users you gained that day.

The pie chart – how your customers found the app:

At the top right, under “Where do your app users come from”, you can see how your customers downloaded the app: through recommendations, directly via the link, as a download from the Play Store and App Store, or with the QR code. Recommendations means that you or someone else linked to the app on the internet, for example in a Facebook post or with a link on your company website, and new users found their way to the app straight through that link.

Total app users

At the bottom right of the overview in the management area you can see how often your app has been downloaded in total. So it tells you how many of your customers you can reach through your app.

It is also exciting to watch how customers respond directly to what you do. Why not start a spontaneous promotion? For example with a voucher that reaches your customers as a PushPlus notification – then watch the statistics change for the better.

This takes you straight to the management area. There, simply click “Live report” at the top right to see the statistics.
